Terms & Conditions for reservations:
Please be aware that if you have booked a table in our outside courtyard area, the tables are not sheltered from the elements. Some tables have a sun parasol provided, but we advise that customers dress appropriately for these tables. Unfortunately, due to having to reduce the number of tables inside and outside under our sheltered area, we will unlikely be able to move the table under the shelter during the service.
The time slot you have reserved for the booking is when you will be seated at the table. Please contact us if you are delayed. Late arrivals can disrupt the service and seating of other guests. We will hold your booking for 30 minutes from the reserved time slot. Should you have yet to contact us regarding a late arrival, we reserve the right to release the table for other bookings.
Please confirm any amendments to the booking details and let us know if you wish to cancel the reservation at your earliest convenience.
Unfortunately, due to the layout of our restaurant, we can never guarantee the requested tables. The restaurant team will allocate tables on the day of the service. If a request has been made for a preferred dining area, we will do our utmost to fulfil the request.
DOGS – Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all outdoor dining areas, excluding our marquee. Dogs must stay on a lead at all times during your visit.
CAKES – Unfortunately, we cannot provide cakes as a service; however, we are happy for guests to supply their cakes to celebrate an occasion. Please note that there will be a small charge of £10 for this.
PARKING – A sizeable single-level car park is attached to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated disabled parking.
